What do you pay attention to in your life?  Your mind is always creating thoughts, whether they are positive or negative, it doesn’t choose which ones to focus on, you do.

I would say a common factor in life is that we all have good days and bad days. Some bad days can be absolutely terrible! You know those days, where things go bad right from the start, and get steadily worse all the way through the day.

Alternatively, if our day starts out great, we find that we are able to handle anything that comes our way, and the day works out just perfect.

Where do you focus your mind most of the time? Do you spend most of your thinking time considering what’s great with you and your life? Awesome of you do! The trouble with most people is that they spend so much of their time thinking about what’s wrong and so little time thinking about what’s right!

The thing in you that establishes your direction is your thought. Be willing to change what you are thinking about. Thoughts of limitation haven’t done much for you, why keep them around? Commit to a better way of thinking every day.

It is not easy to think positive thoughts. However, it is absolutely possible to fill your mind with positive thoughts no matter what your circumstances. Doing so empowers you like nothing else can.

If you find yourself giving in to negativity, you are selling yourself short. The moment you feel the slightest twinge of a negative thought, stop and remind yourself how powerful you are.

Do the disciplined, intentional work to keep your thoughts positive. Because whatever you most consistently think, is where your life will surely and steadily go.

So today’s message is for you to stop focusing on what’s wrong with your life.

According to the Laws of Attraction, “like attracts like“.  What we focus on, expands. If we keep on thinking about the bad things, the more we complain about what’s wrong in our lives, we are actually attracting more bad things.

  • Take responsibility for your actions stop blaming others
  • Keep yourself accountable for your life
  • Stop complaining about things and about your life
  • No longer allow yourself to be a victim, if you think others are taking advantage, walk away!
  • Take control of you and your life!

    A fair point sir. I tend to be more reflective then negative particulary when it comes to work always looking at what i have done and what else could have made it better/different. Questioning myself and how i work keeps me a good nurse (i think)
